She also has a Technical Installation Certification through CFI and an IICRC Repair and Reinstallation Certificate. Her background is in Interior Design and Technical Drafting. Ms. Frey provides both residential and commercial unbiased third party inspections. She has experience in court presentations and as an expert witness.
